ABOUT
Arillas is part of North West Corfu. A relaxed north-west coastal resort with a sandy beach, restaurants, accommodation and a laid-back atmosphere popular with couples and longer-stay visitors.
The village and resort sit behind a sandy bay and have a noticeably laid-back feel, with a mixture of beach time, tavernas, cafés and small-scale accommodation. The surrounding north-west countryside gives the area a more relaxed character than many larger resorts.
Arillas is well placed for visits to Agios Stefanos, Afionas and inland villages, while walkers can use local roads and paths to explore the surrounding area. It is particularly well suited to visitors interested in beaches, couples, relaxing holidays, walking and sunsets.
Getting there and practical information
Green Bus A6 provides a connection from Corfu Town, although services are relatively infrequent, so checking the current timetable is important. Free parking is available around the village and beach, and Arillas has a pier rather than a full harbour.
