Pipitos Beach
A compact pebble cove near Kassiopi with clear water, rocky scenery and a more natural feel than the main resort beach.

Approx. 80m long and 5–10m wide
A compact pebble cove near Kassiopi with clear water, rocky scenery and a more natural feel than the main resort beach.
Pipitos Beach has a pebble shoreline. Reached by local road and a short path from Kassiopi.
The beach is essentially unorganised.
What to expect
The shoreline is predominantly pebble. Beach shoes can be useful, particularly when entering and leaving the water. It is a compact beach, which gives it an intimate feel but means space can become limited at the busiest times of day.
Swimming and sea conditions
The water becomes deep comparatively quickly, which confident swimmers often appreciate but families with very young children should keep in mind. Water clarity is one of the attractions here, especially on calm days. Snorkelling is another reason to consider it, especially around rocky edges or clearer sections away from the busiest swimmers. It is less naturally suited to very young children than Corfu's broad, shallow sandy beaches.
Who this beach suits
This beach is particularly well suited to swimming, snorkelling and a quieter beach day. Its quieter character is part of the appeal, particularly if you want to get away from the island's busier resort beaches.
Facilities
This is essentially an unorganised beach, so it suits visitors who are happy with a simpler, more natural setup. Do not rely on finding sunbed hire, so bringing your own towel, shade or beach umbrella can be worthwhile. Canoes and pedalos are available seasonally. Useful beach amenities include toilets, showers and changing facilities.
Getting there and practical information
Reached by local road and a short path from Kassiopi. Access involves a small rocky slope and is not ideal for limited mobility.
Planning your visit
If you are visiting in July or August, arriving earlier in the day usually gives you more choice of space at a compact beach like this.
Is it the right beach for you?
Choose it if peace, scenery and a more natural shoreline matter more to you than organised facilities.
