Agni
A Small Bay Known for Boating and Waterfront Dining
About Agni

Agni is a small bay reached by road, path or boat and is closely associated with waterfront dining. There is no large resort centre, which helps preserve a more intimate coastal atmosphere.
It works particularly well as a lunch or dinner stop during a north-east coast boat day, and nearby bays such as Kalami and Kaminaki provide additional places to explore.
A waterfront meal with time for the bay
Agni is a good place to build a day around a meal and the water rather than a long sightseeing list. First-party tavernas describe their waterfront dining, and Nikolas also advertises meal-related boat transfers by arrangement. These are venue services, not a public ferry network.
Making the transfer part of the booking
If arriving by a taverna boat, confirm the pickup bay, boarding arrangement, meal booking and return journey directly. If coming by road, establish parking and the final approach before arrival. Accommodation around the bay may be above the shore, so ask about the climb or steps between the property and dinner. Nearby coves make separate outings, but leave enough time to enjoy Agni rather than trying to visit every small bay on the same day.

Where to stay
Planning your
Kassiopi stay
Do I need a car?
A car is not essential for exploring locally, but can be useful for trips farther afield. Check your accommodation’s position and the route to the centre before deciding.
What are the beaches like?
Our individual guides cover Kalamionas, Bataria, Pipitos, Imerolia and Kanoni. Several are compact pebble coves; each has its own access and facilities.
Is Kassiopi quiet in the evenings?
Harbour-front dining, cocktails and music bars contribute to its sociable atmosphere. Check neighbouring venues with your host if quiet evenings matter.
Can I reach Kassiopi by bus?
Check Green Bus A4 and the operator’s current timetable for your dates, exact stop, last return and final route to your accommodation.
What can I explore nearby?
Avlaki and Kerasia have their own destination guides. Check the actual road or walking route before setting out; closeness on a map does not establish an easy walk.
