Agios Georgios South is a relaxed resort built around a long sandy beach on the island's south-west coast. It should not be confused with Agios Georgios Pagon in the north-west.

The resort is close to Issos Beach and the Lake Korission landscape, giving visitors access to both organised beach facilities and more natural coastal environments. Getting there and practical information

Green Bus B5 provides a public-transport link towards Agios Georgios Argyradon, while a car gives more freedom to explore the wider south-west coast. Parking is generally easier around the resort than in compact inland villages, although beach-adjacent spaces become busier in summer.
