ABOUT

Barbati is part of North East Corfu. A popular east-facing beach resort beneath Mount Pantokrator with clear water, accommodation, watersports and wide coastal views.

Barbati sits beneath the steep slopes of Mount Pantokrator and is centred on a long beach with clear water. Accommodation, beach venues and restaurants are spread between the coast and hillside.

Its position south of Nissaki and north of Ipsos makes it convenient for combining beach days with trips into Corfu Town or further exploration of the north-east. It is particularly well suited to visitors interested in beaches, families, couples, watersports and scenic views.

Getting there and practical information

Barbati is served by several Green Bus routes along the north-east coastal road. The resort rises steeply from the beach towards the main road, so walking can involve significant gradients and parking close to the shore becomes more competitive in summer.
